What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum quantity to be ordered or a minimum for embroidery only services.
How do you turn my logo or custom design into embroidery?
You need to send us your artwork file attached to an email. We then will give you a quote to have your artwork digitized, which is the process of turning it into stitches, and an approximate stitch count to determine the cost of having your garments embroidered.
What if I don’t have a logo already?
We have thousands of stock designs that you can choose from to add your company name to for a quick and personalized logo. We also work closely with graphic artists who can create a logo to fit your style and company needs. They can also change your existing artwork to better reflect your style and update your look.
How will I receive my design for approval?
For embroidery, we will provide a picture design of your digitized logo for customer approval. In many cases we also will mail a stitch out to you for your approval. Colors will be matched as closely as possible to available thread colors.
What is your turnaround time?
For Embroidered apparel and accessories up to 120 pieces where we supply the apparel should be shipped within 7-10 business days after artwork approval is received.
For Embroidery only orders: Turn around time is usually between 3-5 business days.
