ART GRAPHICS & DESIGN:
We work closely with a local graphic design artist with great creativity. We can sketch out a new design for you or update your current design with a professional flare. Fees start at $40 an hour.

DIGITIZING:
In simple terms, this is the process of turning your artwork into stitches for an embroidery design. Our professional local digitizer has 20 years of experience in digitizing and design.

We charge $70 as a One Time Set-Up fee for your business logo to be digitized. We also will email you a copy of your file.

EMBROIDERY:
We are pleased to embroider on your item or on ours. We have a variety of hoops and systems to accommodate many different types of garments, blankets and accessories.

We embroider using the highest quality Super Bright Polyester Thread from Robison-Anton. All of our designs and monogram fonts are purchased from the highest quality suppliers. The backings we use on your embroidery differ with every fabric type and again are of the highest of quality.

GIFT WRAPPING:
We nicely package every item that you purchase in clear plastic. We’ll also dress that up with ribbons, colorful tissue paper and a gift enclosure card for $2. We even use your own personal message on the gift enclosure card.

MONOGRAMMING:
We are pleased to monogram on your item or on ours. We have a variety of hoops and systems that can accommodate most any garment, towel, blanket or accessory. We have seven different monogram fonts that you can choose from: 3-Letter Diamond, Arabesque, Block, Chickie, Empire, Princess, and Monogram Scroll.

**For Monogramming you can use a single letter, two letter, or three letter font. Traditionally, a three letter font for an individual would have the last name initial in the middle with the first name initial on the left and the middle name initial on the right.

For a married couple, the last name initial would be in the middle with the husband’s first name initial on the left and the wife’s first name initial on the right. In both cases the middle initial is substantially larger than the others.

NAME PATCHES:
We have a variety of sizes and colors of patches that we can embroider your name or company logo on. We also offer a sewing service to put them on your garment.

SEWING SERVICES:
We do offer a few in-house sewing services including sewing on patches ($2) and making minor adjustments. We also frequently make arrangements for sewing specialty embroidery projects. Please call us for more information on this.

SHIPPING:
We’ll gladly ship your package to you or to your gift recipient using either US MAIL or UPS. We can email you a confirmation on each item so that you can be aware of the day it’s delivered. Gift wrapping is also available for items that are shipped.
